'Upscale' Apts. for Westwood; March Madness in Waltham

BEYOND THE HUB—It's near commuter rail to boot: "The 350-unit Gables University Station in Westwood is set to welcome its first tenants in early June, featuring rents ranging from $1,900 to more than $3,000 a month. The upscale, four-story apartment community will take shape right off 128 at the new University Station mega development in the southern suburb." [Boston.com]

WALTHAM—The 200-unit Currents on the Charles is pulling out yet another stop, hosting a March Madness-themed open house this week. It's offering snacks as well as (more importantly) up to 1.5 months of free rent and one month of free garaged parking. Won't you at least consider it? [Curbed Boston]
