This capacious penthouse duplex at Back Bay's 360 Newbury Street, the only building in Boston designed by World's Greatest Living Architect[TM] and Simpsons guest star Frank Gehry, had been asking as much as $3,900,000 on the sales market. It found a buyer in mid-January after the tag slid to a mere $3,000,000, although that deal does not appear to have closed yet; or maybe it's fallen apart entirely. Either way, Unit 806 is now up for rent. The 3-BR, 3-BA in the full-service building is asking $18,000 monthly. That includes the private terrace as well as a W/D. Go.
