How a 3-BR Unfolds in New England's Top-Selling Condo Tower

It's been two weeks since the news balloon dropped that more than 70 percent of the 442 condos at the under-construction Millennium Tower in Downtown Crossing had traded for a grand total of at least $650,000,000. That looks to be enough already to make the 685-foot spire New England's best-selling residential tower ever. Above is the floorplan for one of the remaining unsold units—Unit 4904, to be exact, a 49th-floor 3-BR, 3.5-BA with floor-to-ceiling windows along the bedrooms and the living room. The living room, it looks like, has basically a never-ending glass wall on one side.

The 2,186-square-foot condo is asking $3,120,000. That's more than $1,427 a square foot for those scoring at home.
