Eastie's 151 Liverpool Street Spreads the Change Around

New, 7 comments

Everyone knows that East Boston is undergoing some dramatic changes, not least because of a plethora of often long-awaited development. Add one more project to the mix: the five-floor 151 Liverpool Street directly north a few blocks from the Maverick Blue Line stop. In other words, it's not on the waterfront, suggesting that Eastie's alterations are wider than previously assumed.

The project is due to have up to 24 apartments, with three demarcated as affordable. One-fifty-one Liverpool will also have a relatively gigantic number of parking spaces, especially given its proximity to the T: up to 35. The 38,000-square-foot development is currently under review, with a public meeting on it scheduled for Thursday evening.
