It's $1M-Plus Per Bedroom at Back Bay's Trinity Place

New, 10 comments

'Tis many ways to measure a mega-deal in Boston. One way is by the total sale price. Another is by square foot. Still another is by the apparent cost per room. In this case, it's the last: the cost per bedroom, to be exact. This 2-BR, 2.5-BA, 1,974-square-foot spread on the 12th floor of Back Bay's Trinity Place dropped on the market in September 2014 through superbroker Tracy Campion for $2,750,000. The condo, which comes with two garaged parking spaces, closed on Monday for $2,400,000—or $1.2M per bedroom. The price per square foot was rather hefty, too: $1,215 and change.
