It should shock nobody that the Heritage on the Garden at 300 Boylston Street produces big-time listings with big-time price tags (now and then it also produces big-time rentals with big-time asking rents). This particular listing, for combined Unit 1005-1006, which just dropped, is especially huge for a couple of reasons. For one thing, it includes a girthquaking 67 feet of frontage on the Public Garden and, on top of that, includes a private landscaped terrace as well. Second, the 5,083-square-foot spread's price tag is the heftiest in Boston proper since that full-floor monster at the under-construction Millennium Tower in October 2014. Condos are the new townhouses when it comes to pricing. The 2-BR with three full bathrooms and two halves is asking $15,000,000 through Daniel A. Mullin. That's nearly $3,000 a square foot. Too much? Too little? Just right? Stay tuned.
