Everyone knows that there is a lot going on in Somerville and that the Green Line extension is powering a ton of it. A couple of weeks ago, we told you about the condos of 197 Union Square (a.k.a. 197 Washington Street). Now comes the sales-market debut of Two Squares Lofts at 211 Tremont Street, which involved the conversion of a brick facade dating from 1903 and the construction of additions on the back and side of that. The 11 high-ceiling, open-floor condos created will be move-in ready by July, according to the Robert Paul Properties listings, which tout the nearness of the future Union Square Green Line stop.
The 11 lofts range in size from 1,404 square feet to 2,250 square feet. Price-wise they run from $779,000 to $1,099,000. Stay tuned.
