Jamaica Plain Condo Raises the Amenity Bar w/ Electric Car

Never mind bocce-ball courts or yoga studios. The new condos at 21 Lamartine Street in Jamaica Plain come with a car: a Nissan Leaf electric car, to be exact. According to the Coldwell Banker listing, the association for the three-unit building pooled funds to buy the car; and the uber-energy-efficient development has a charging station for said vehicle, which the association shares. Unit 1 at 21 Lamartine hit the market about three weeks ago, shared car and all. The 1,044-square-foot, 1-BR, 1-BA wants $489,000. The association fee, by the way, is a relatively inexpensive $200. Vroom.
