South End's 22 Montgomery Street Comes Out Looking Sleek

New, 3 comments

When last we checked in with the South End townhouse at 22 Montgomery Street, it was on sale for two different prices: $2,595,000 with renovations and $1,995,000 without, meaning the new owner would be on the hook. That was January 2014. It disappeared from the market in June of that year and has only now reappeared with a single, hefty tag and the visible results of a ton of renovation work (there were no interior listing photos, for instance, in January 2014, things were so dire). The 2,739-square-foot, 3-BR, 3.5-BA townhouse is now a sleek space with tons of natural light thanks in large part to its corner location. It also comes with one garaged parking space. Twenty-two Montgomery is asking $2,995,000 this go-round through Sprogis & Neale. Stay tuned.
