CAMBRIDGE—According to a tipster, a third venture from Michael Scelfo, chef/owner of Alden & Harlow and the soon-to-open Naco Taco, will land at 1030 Mass. Ave. near Harvard Square next year. Scelfo treated the Bon Appetit Test Kitchen to crispy chicken tacos with fermented kale and pig's head tortas.
