PriceSpotter is Curbed Boston's asking-price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. Later this week we reveal the answer. And, hey, no cheating!
What/Where: a 2-BR, 1.5-BA townhouse-style condo at Route 28 and Central Avenue in Medford
Square Footage: 1,076
The Skinny: Medford—boyhood home of Michael Bloomberg, a stop on the future Green Line extension—has a lot going for it (that Green Line extension for one thing), so much so that it's been mentioned in whispered awe as one of a number of New Somervilles—a place for the hip and the young and the priced-out-of-Boston. This newly listed, two-floor condo makes much of its proximity to the Wellington stop of the Orange Line as well as to newish attractions such as Assembly Row. Which is in Somerville. Coincidence?
