New Boston Public Market Vendors; Pier 4 Cultural Tenant

DOWNTOWN BOSTON—The Boston Public Market is out with the list of vendors for its new permanent, year-round marketplace on the Greenway and above the Haymarket T stop. As you can imagine, it'll basically be a foodie paradise. The 28,000-square-foot space opens in July. [Boston Public Market]
SEAPORT DISTRICT—It will join a building where 3-BRs are asking around $10,000 a month: "The Boston Redevelopment Authority is working with UDR Inc. to find a tenant for civic space in the bottom two floors of the company's new 21-story apartment tower on Pier 4. The result? It could be the most high-profile cultural use on that section of the waterfront since the Institute of Contemporary Art opened there nine years ago." [Globe]
