This Chelsea 2-BR Is Now Asking Well Under $500K

Not even a month ago the 2-BR, 1.5-BA townhouse-style Unit 26 at 26 Admirals Way in Chelsea dropped for $499,900. Its biggest selling point, aside from the two parking spaces, the private deck and the new W/D, was its proximity to Boston just across the river. Apparently that was not enough and now the tag for the unit has descended from just shy of $500K to well below it. The new price for Unit 26 is $479,000.
