The Skinny: The marketing for this newly listed spread touts the oversized nature of the bedrooms, though we don't necessarily agree given the condo's aggregate square footage. Still, the kitchen's been renovated as has the bathroom; and the buyer would have access to one spectacular common roof deck with spectacular vus. What'd you think?
