The First Phase of Chinatown's One Greenway Is Here

The 24-story North Building of One Greenway in Boston's dwindling Chinatown topped off in October 2014. Its 217 market-rate apartments just started pre-leasing out of an office at 75 Kneeland Street. (The rest of the 363-unit development is still to come and will be affordable housing of one type or another.) Developed by New Boston Fund and Bozzuto Management Co., the North Building will include such au courant amenities as bike storage, a yoga studio, a fitness center and electric-car-charging stations.

Studios start at $2,450 a month; 1-BRs at $2,860; 2-BRs at $3,805; and 3-BRs at $5,880. Immediately above is a floorplan for a 1,288-square-foot 3-BR starting at said asking.
