RentSpotter is Curbed Boston's apartment-rent guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you vote for which monthly rent you think it's asking. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. We reveal the answer on Friday. And, hey, no cheating!
What/Where: a 3-BR, 4.5-BA condo on the 29th floor of the Ritz-Carlton
Square Footage: 2,667
The Skinny: The Ritz-Carlton is one of the more game-change-y developments in recent Boston history, the city's first condo-hotel hybrid having drawn a certain line in the sand when it came to luxury pricing. We should not be surprised then that this high perch is asking at least five figures a month. The guitars, drums and such are evidently not included in the rent, but they do lend a super-cool vibe to the place (the painting of man on horseback not so much). There are vus galore with this spread, plus the amenities of the adjoining hotel and two valeted parking spaces. This is a very special RentSpotter for Renters Week 2015. Are you up for it?
