A little more than a month ago we dropped the news of the imminent arrival of the Residences @ One St. Clare, a brand-spanking-new conversion of an old schoolhouse in Medford into 18 condos. Developers Waypoint Companies and Entrepid Capital Partners have spent around three years on the project and are now ready to capitalize on the anemic condo inventory in Michael Bloomberg's natal city, not to mention the Thunderdome competition in other areas. Erin Gates designed the units of the Residences @ One St. Clare. They range from $399,000 for 950-square-foot 1-BR to $749,000 to a 2-BR, 2-BA penthouse with its own terrace. (These particular photos are of a 1-BR.) The complex is supposed to be move-in ready next month.
