Here's What Boston's Most Expensive 1-BR Condo Looks Like

New, 2 comments

Unit 9018 at the Four Seasons in Back Bay is a 1-BR, 1.5-BA condo spread over an airy, sunny 1,257 square feet. It recently hit the sales market through Campion & Co. and comes with the amenities of that storied brand (which will soon have a cross-town companion) as well as one garaged parking space. It is also, the listing assures us, "just steps from the elevator." The spread wants a rather precise $1,999,000 or $1,590.29 a square foot. That makes Unit 9018 the most expensive 1-BR condo on the Boston market. To put things in further perspective, it is just ahead price-wise of a 4-BR condo at 79 Burroughs Street in Jamaica Plain now asking $1,879,000. There should really be a saying in real estate about location...
