How Much Monthly for Somerville Condo in Former Church?

New, 5 comments

RentSpotter is Curbed Boston's apartment-rent guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you vote for which monthly rent you think it's asking. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. We reveal the answer on Friday. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: a 1-BR, 1-BA loft condo in the Prospect Hill-East Somerville borderlands
Square Footage: 1,343
The Skinny: Nothing ensures a lofty look in a home better than being carved out of a former church, which this Somerville condo was (though the church first became a theater). It just dropped on the rental market, though, alas, the pool table does not appear to be included. Instead, a tenant gets lots of airy space plus a private terrace and central air, not to mention the location: just about smackdab in the middle of the most important city in America; nay, on Earth.
