Here's the Fate of a Somerville Condo That Dropped for $209K

New, 6 comments

The 315-square-foot 1-BR, 1-BA Unit 3 at 28 Pinckney Street in East Somerville dropped in mid-April for $209,000. The micro-unit-in-all-but-name offered, per the Coldwell Banker listing, a "wonderful opportunity" to buy into one of the more competitive housing markets in the region. The three-room condo ended up trading for $225,000 in a deal that closed days before the start of June. That's a full $16K over.
