Inside the New Apartments at the South End's 460 Harrison

New, 8 comments

The northeast corner of the South End is host to one of the biggest building booms in the region: the Ink Block, Troy Boston, maisonettes, oh my. Tucked amid the activity is Building C at 460 Harrison Avenue. It had hosted the SoWa Vintage Market, but has now been turned into apartments that will be available beginning Sept. 1. Retail as well as 21 galleries will take up the bottom two levels; and the top three floors will be those 30 apartments. Developer GTI Properties, the same folks behind the conversion of 775 Harrison, provided us these photos of finished units. One-bedrooms at 460 Harrison range from $2,600 to $2,675. They're all leased, according to GTI, but 2-BRs are still available. Rents for those range from $3,200 to $3,675.
