The folks who brought you the recently sold-out Twenty Two Liberty on Boston's Fan Pier hope to bring you 50 Liberty nearby starting this September. That's when developer Joseph Fallon plans to commence construction.
Details are a bit scarce, but 50 Liberty is expected to have a similar number of condos to the 118-unit Twenty Two Liberty. Also, like with its neighbor, Fallon plans to go directly to buyers and not through buyers' brokers. In fact, to this day no one outside the development firm and its ancillaries really knows what Twenty Two Liberty's studios, 1-BRs, 2-BRs and 3-BRs sold for, only that they sold and relatively fast. Will 50 Liberty have similar good fortune? Or is the Boston housing market cooling that dramatically? Stay tuned.
