KENDALL SQUARE—Google gets growing with a 50,000 s.f. expansion to its three-building, 300,000 s.f. campus at 1,3, and 5 Cambridge Center. They're growing organically (rather than through acquisitions or new product lines), and taking over space occupied by former tenants such as Architectural Resources Cambridge (who has moved to Back Bay). BURLINGTON—SAP, the German software goliath, is bringing all of its Boston-area offices under one roof with an expansion at Burlington Office Park II. After leaving they've left their former additional office at the nearby Landmark Center, they will join their neighbors in the building at 15 Wayside Road: Nuance and Sybase. [BBJ]
