New, 5 comments

The High Victorian Gothic building at 28 Seaverns Avenue in Jamaica Plain went up in 1873 as a precinct house and jail. It has long since been converted to residential use (and listed on the National Register of Historic Places since early 1988). One such time is Unit 12, a 973-square-foot 1-BR, 1-BA that just landed on the sales market for $399,000. · JP Condo Carved Out of Old Cop Station [Herald]
