Here's the latest rendering of the planned Sienna condo building planned as part of the Ink Block mega-project in the South End's busy, busy northeast corner.
Developer National Development plans 79 studio, 1-, 2- and 3-BR units, including loft-style maisonettes with ground-floor terraces. All units will range in price from $550,000 to more than $2,000,000, according to the latest details. Recall that these askings are a tad more ambitious than previously thought (the original range was from $500K to $2M). Such is the South End right now. Siena, designed by architects-about-town Elkus Manfredi, is supposed to open in early 2017.
