The answer is: What is 100 feet? Yes, indeed, the developers behind the would-be condo spire chopped its proposed height from 355 feet to 255. Some opposition remains, however, particularly among those owners in the neighboring Ritz and Parkside; and others concerned about the shadows 171 Tremont might cast upon the Common.
