Way back in mid-April, Unit 1005-1006 at the Heritage on the Garden dropped on the sales market for $15,000,000. The 5,083-square-foot, floor-through spread had quite a bit to justify that hefty tag, including a landscaped roof terrace and a library with a fireplace. What really made it stand out, though, was the 67 feet fronting on the Public Garden, including from said terrace. The 10-room condo is now under contract and we'll know the closing price soon. · Hub's Priciest Listing in Months Has 67 Feet of Public Garden [Curbed Boston]
