The front rooms of the recently sold Unit C335 at 1 Westinghouse Plaza in Hyde Park double as art galleries. Makes sense, given the building's live-work setup for artist-owners. What doesn't quite make sense (or maybe it's just us) is the Tierney Realty's listing that talks about the first-floor condo being an example of the "South End moved [to] Hyde Park." We don't think "loft" when we think South End. Maybe the Seaport or Fort Point or certainly the Leather District. Anyway, the whole thing's moot because the place has, indeed, sold. The 1,031-square-foot loft was asking $313,000 and it closed on Sunday for $303,500.
