Four51 Marlborough's Massive Penthouse Lands Buyer

Penthouse 5 is the largest of the eight units that were carved out of a one-story building at 451 Marlborough Street in Back Bay. The 5,797-square-foot duplex with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms also includes three garaged parking spaces and outdoor space. (You have to imagine it all, really, as there are only renderings so far for what's been dubbed Four51 Marlborough.) It dropped on the market back in the spring through Tracy Campion and recently landed a buyer. The penthouse was asking $9,995,000. Stay tuned for the closing price.
