View-tastic Charlestown TH Trades After Huge Price-Chop

The nine-room, 2,332-square-foot brownstone at 7 Cordis Street hit the sales market in early April for $1,175,000. It's not much to look at—the Gibson Sotheby's listing is clear that it will need "finishing touches"—but we're guessing the location smackdab in the middle of prime Charlestown and the vus that come with more than make up for that. Still, that didn't stop a rather hefty price-chop right at the end. The four-floor, 4-BR house went for $1,000,000 even in the end.
