The 3,079-square-foot, nine-room house at 18 Ferrin Street in Charlestown just dropped. There's plenty to recommend it, including a fireplace in the master bedroom, two decks and street parking right outside the front door—never mind the obvious potential for a serious game room upstairs. The spread, built as recently as 1994, is also close to the North End. Eighteen Ferrin last traded way back in November 2006 for $540,000. This go-round the house wants $900,000. What'd you think?
