South End's Jordan Lofts Drop: $1.45M Is on the Cheap Side

The conversion of the five-story commercial building at 477 Harrison Avenue in the busy, busy South End is almost complete and we now have the asking prices for many of the 18 condos planned for what's been dubbed the Jordan Lofts. (Why? Because the building once served as the horse stables for the old Jordan Marsh & Co. retail chain.) Construction started way back in October 2013, and the planning, of course, well before that.

Condos start at $1,450,000 for a 1,113-square-foot spread with at least one bedroom and definitely two bathrooms. They then amp up considerably to $2,975,000 for a pair of 2,160-square-foot condos with at least three bedrooms. Though! This may not, in fact, be the pricing peak as the three penthouse tags have not yet been released. More pricing information can be found through the complex's just-launched website.
