We've gotten the broadest look yet at the trio of residential and retail towers due to comprise a sizable chunk of the 23-acre Seaport Square development, thanks to a recent visit by lead developer Boston Global Investors to the city's Civic Design Commission.
The three complexes along Seaport Boulevard between East Service Road and B Street will include about 800 condos and around 350 apartments with some 800 parking spots for all. There will also be 125,000 square feet of fresh retail (though likely not a grocery store) and a public courtyard as well as public walkways. And! Per Donna Goodison in the Herald: "The buildings, which have step-like staggered heights, were designed to maximize views from inside as well as add variety to the neighborhood's skyline, according to the presentation."
Parts of Seaport Square are already under construction. Stay tuned for the rest.
