13 Peeks at Brighton Colonial That Went for Seven Figures

New, 2 comments

The 5,534-square-foot Brick Colonial at 103 Evans Road in the Brighton-Brookline borderlands hit the sales market in mid-May for $1,250,000. The Coldwell Banker listing made no bones about it: the house needed some TLC. The 12-room spread with a two-car garage was apparently seen as worth the effort as 103 Evans went for above its asking price. The house ended up closing on Wednesday for $1,257,000. Seems about right these days, eh?
