14 Looks at Charlestown's Super-Fast-Selling 11 Cross

The Coldwell Banker listing for the 2,722-square-foot, 4-BR, 2.5-BA townhouse at 11 Cross Street in Charlestown begins with the words "OPEN HOUSE CANCELLED." Yup: Pretty much as soon as the eight-room spread dating from 1865 was listed last Wednesday, it was sold; or at least there is a deal pending for it. You can still look, though. Eleven Cross was asking $1,495,000 when a buyer stepped in. We'll see what happens with the close.
