Check Out the First Rendering of Siena's 'Skyclub Lounge'

New, 2 comments

'Tis fewer areas of the Hub busier with development than the northeastern corner of the South End. That development boom includes the sprawling Ink Block project in all its moving parts. One such part is the planned Siena condo. You remember the Siena, don't you?

Developer National Development plans 79 studio, 1-, 2- and 3-BR units, including loft-style maisonettes with ground-floor terraces. All units will range in price from $550,000 to more than $2,000,000. (The Siena is not to be confused with another Ink Block condo, the Sepia, which is sold out anyway.) A rooftop hangout, complete with grilling stations, called the Skyclub Lounge is due to crown the Siena; and the first rendering of it is at the top of the page, courtesy of architects-about-town Elkus Manfredi. A rendering of the complex in general is just above.
