This one has been coming down the pike for a while: the closing of the 13-room, 5,528-square-foot Colonial at 13 Louisburg Square near a similarly gargantuan townhouse that Secretary of State John Kerry and wife Teresa Heinz own. The spread had hit the sales market in early June—for the first time since 1990—asking $11,600,000 and went under agreement within two weeks. How much are we talking about in the end?
Thirteen Louisburg closed for $10,800,000. That is $800K off the original, but still one of the biggest home deals in Boston this year. The buyer was represented by Joshua Golden of Luxury Residential Group.
