The 2,313-square-foot Penthouse B in Downtown Crossing's game-change-y Millennium Place hit the sales market in late August for $5,099,000—or $2,200 and change a square foot. The price has since come down, to $4,900,000, and the seller has also put the 3-BR, 3-BA in the de facto country club up for rent. In fact, we're fairly certain it is the most expensive rental yet in the 256-unit Millennium Place. Penthouse B and its wrap-around terrace (with hot tub) and its solarium is now on offer for $35,000 a month. Go.
