NEEDHAM—Liquid Art House executive chef Rachel Klein is opening her own place in Needham, where she lives with her family. RFK Kitchen, slated for a spring opening, will feature a 20-seat counter in front of an open kitchen.

QUINCY—Barbara Lynch and her niece Kerri Lynch-Delaney, who owns the Babycakes bakery in Quincy, will open an Italian restaurant in Quincy Center featuring sheet-pan pizza and steak tips reminiscent of those at shuttered Southie pub The Quiet Man, which was owned by Paul Lynch, Barbara's brother and Kerri's father.
