The Skinny: More than 42 percent of you guessed $3,000 a month as the rent for this 1-BR, 1.5-BA duplex in the North End. Only one-third voted for the correct asking. (The rest went long in either direction.) What might have fooled you? The location, for one, we're sure. The central air, perhaps, too? Maybe just all that exposed brick and beam.
