News dropped this week that the future Seaport Square condos will likely retail for at least $1,000 a square foot and perhaps for as much as $2,000. Such a range would be eye-popping for Boston—though not at all unprecedented. Case in point: Unit 4308 at 4 Battery Wharf. The 2-BR, 2.5-BA spread with private balcony and garage parking just hit the sales market for $2,400,000. The condo is 1,614 square feet. That translates into $1,486.98 a square foot. Too much? Just right? Too little?
