What It's Like to Live on a Private Street in Beacon Hill

New, 2 comments

Despite its bones in the 1880s, the eight-room, 2,574-square-foot townhouse at 8 Byron Street in the flats of Beacon Hill has a kind of modernist look about its interior. Everything's clean lines and airiness, nothing baroque or in need of fixing (heh). The 4-BR, 3-BA with one parking space on the private street just outside hit the sales market in early May. How much was it asking? Eight Byron was asking $3,200,000 when it went to contract recently. A sale is pending. Stay tuned for the close.
