As it happens, a deal for 25 Peter Parley closed just as summer was unofficially ending and fall beginning. The house was originally asking $879,000. Twenty-five Peter Parley in the end went for $919,000. That is a full $40K over the asking and thoroughly bucks a trend in the wider Boston housing market.
