Beacon Hill Townhouse Has Eight Rooms, Four Fireplaces

The newly listed Beacon Hill townhouse at 7 Willow Street is a young affair. Built in 1920, it is decades younger than many of its neighbors in the quaintly aged neighborhood. Moreover, at just more than 2,000 square feet over four floors, it's rather snug, too. All the better (we imagine) to feel the heat from the four fireplaces in the eight-room spread. The whole shebang last traded at least two recessions ago in July 1992 for $800,000. The 3-BR, 3-BA 7 Willow now wants $2,295,000. How times change.
