'Quaint' Doesn't Quite Do This Huron Village Condo Justice

New, 1 comment

The 1,031-square-foot Unit 405 at 405 Walden Street in Cambridge's Huron Village just sold exactly three months after being listed for $559,000. The Frame-style house the 2-BR, 1-BA is in dates from 1915, and looks beyond quaint (is the living room furniture covered in plastic?), complete with a delightful back porch. The condo also has dibs on the side and back yards. Unit 405 went in the end for $620,000—or $61,000 over the asking. Happy new year to the seller.
