The first million-dollar home trade in Boston this year is a 2-BR, 2-BA condo at Charlestown's Flagship Wharf that cut its price as the deal closed on Tuesday. The 1,319-square-foot Unit 204, which comes with two garaged parking spaces and the building's services (concierge included), dropped on the market in early October for $1,250,000. Unit 204 in the end went for $1,185,000—or a (relatively) modest $65,000 off the asking.
