Eastie's 10 least expensive homes for sale right now

Condos far pricier than houses

Among the 10 least expensive market-rate homes for sale in East Boston right now, the most expensive are relatively tiny condos, according to a new analysis from real estate research site NeighborhoodX.

The three most expensive listings by price per square foot among the 10 cheapest are all condos of under 500 square feet in two relatively new developments: 182 Marion Street in Eagle Hill and 145 Everett Street in Jeffries Point.

As for aggregate prices, those range from $229,900 for a studio at 145 Everett to a 1,321-square-foot house at 126 Brooks Street in Eagle Hill asking $389,900. See the interactive chart below for more on the Eastie numbers.
