Somerville might have seen some titanic sales of late, but in the Winter Hill neighborhood right now there’s a 6-BR colonial that is far from astronomically pricey.
The house at 206 School Street has not traded since 1990, when it commanded $125,000 (or about $240,000 in today’s money.) It’s now asking a relatively bargain-y $649,900.
There is only one full bathroom in the 2,500-square-foot place. But it’s a genuine standalone house with a fireplace, a porch, plenty of driveway parking, and a yard.
