The 6,325-square-foot mansion at 388 Warren Street in Brookline originally hit the sales market for the first time since 1992 in early 2010 for $3,950,000.
It has since slipped on and off the market three times each—the latest re-entry on Monday, when the 6-BR, 5.5-BA house and surrounding acre (give or take) dropped for $3,975,000 through Gibson Sotheby’s.
The 14-room spread dates from 1910 and contains “classic period detail,” according to the listing. There are also six fireplaces and an in-ground pool.
We’ll see what happens.
