The 10-room, 4,192-square-foot Tudor at 58 Randolph Street in the Brookline slice of Chestnut Hill originally hit the sales market in April for $2,450,000. Within 72 hours, there was a deal pending for it.
But that deal apparently fell through and the circa 1928 house with two fireplaces and four bedrooms dropped again for the same price.
That tag quickly came down, however—all the way to $2,250,000, where it’s been since early July. Now there’s another deal pending for 58 Randolph (a contract’s out, in fact). Stay tuned. And, meanwhile, be awed.
